Our Founders created Pi Kappa Alpha to attract men committed to the full development of their intellectual and personal potential.

This object requires that a community of trust exist among all brothers, along with a faithful devotion to truth and honor.

Integrity is demanded in all relationships and pursuits, both personal and academic.

Pi Kappa Alpha is the preeminent Fraternity in North America. For nearly 140 years Pike has been committed to developing men of integrity, intellect and high moral character. With a presence at over 200 universities and nearly 13,000 active undergraduate brothers, the average size of a Pike chapter is 62 men, which is the largest of any fraternity. Pike chapters across the country are the biggest and best on their campus!

Fraternity membership is a lifelong experience and the benefits continue well beyond graduation. Over 225,000 men have been initiated into Pi Kappa Alpha since the Fraternity’s founding and our brotherhood grows daily. Pike’s alumni ranks include political leaders, prominent businessmen, CEOs, professional athletes, world renowned scholars and famous entertainers. This elite brotherhood provides a network of opportunities to all members, and is but one benefit of membership.

Chapters of Pi Kappa Alpha pride themselves on recruiting the most outstanding scholars, leaders, athletes and gentlemen on campus. Our membership is composed of ambitious men motivated to face challenges and conquer obstacles on the way to achieving their goals; but yet also value the opportunity to relax with their brothers, enjoy social events and interact with sororities. Pikes can be found leading their teams to victory on the athletic field; making the crucial decision in the student senate; accepting the scholarship plaque from the academic honorary; enjoying the company of brothers and alumni at homecoming weekend; or socializing with others at one of the chapter’s many social events.

There may be a better way to go through college… but nobody has found it yet!
